Jesse Johnson is the Founder of Consult Disrupt and a long-standing equipment finance professional known for helping organizations turn ideas, technology decisions, and operational priorities into practical execution. As a Strategic Alliance Partner of Rinaldi Advisory Services, Jesse brings an execution-oriented capability to the RAS platform, supporting clients that need disciplined project leadership, clear business requirements, and hands-on implementation support after a strategic direction has been defined.
Jesse’s career spans sales leadership, commercial leasing, technology-enabled services, and management consulting. He has held senior roles in the equipment finance ecosystem, including President of Consult Disrupt, Founder of Equipment Finance Cares, Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at Paperclip Publishing, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at JDR Solutions, and senior sales leadership positions with LeaseTeam. Earlier in his career, Jesse served on the Board of Directors of the National Equipment Finance Association, reflecting his long-standing commitment to the industry and its professional community.
Through Consult Disrupt, Jesse helps equipment finance organizations improve the way they plan, manage, and execute operational and technology initiatives. His work often includes business requirements gathering, workflow alignment, implementation coordination, project leadership, tactical execution, and staff augmentation.
