The book documents the TomorrowZone System™, her proprietary framework for leadership teams facing transformation, innovation, and the pressure to move before they are truly ready. She also authored the Certified Lease and Finance Professionals’ Handbook, editions 6 through 10. 

A recognized thought leader in innovation and the future of work, Deborah founded and chaired the ELFA Innovation Advisory Council (2018 to 2024), served on the ELFA Board of Directors, the CLFP Foundation Board of Directors, and the Monitor Editorial Advisory Board. She currently serves on the CLFP Foundation Advisory Board. She hosts the TomorrowZone Catalyst Podcast, which has featured more than 100 conversations with leaders on innovation, leadership, and the future of business.
